CustomCD Label Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the White and the Gold labels?
White labels can be used with both ink jet and laser printers. Gold labels work best with laser printers.
What software programs will the templates work in?
The disk contains templates that work in both IBM/PC compatible computers and Macintosh systems.
The following IBM templates are included: Corel®Draw 5, 7 & 8, Adobe® PageMaker 5 & 6.5, Microsoft® Publisher 2,3 & 98, Microsoft® Word 97, Adobe® Illustrator 3 & 7.
The following MAC templates are included: Adobe® Illustrator 5.5 & 7, Macromedia® Freehand 5 & 7, Quark® Express 3.31 & 3.32, Adobe® PageMaker 5, 6 & 6.5, Microsoft® Word 98 & Claris®Works 4.
What size are the label sheets?
Each 5 in x 9 in (12.7cm x 23 cm) sheet contains two labels.
What are paper templates?
Paper templates are sheets of paper that allow you to make sure that your labels are properly aligned in your printer without wasting actual labels. You can make additional copies of the paper templates.
What does the sampler pack contain?
You will receive 6 Gold labels, 6 White labels, 2 paper templates and a template disk.
What comes in the 100 pack of labels?
You will receive 100 labels, 5 paper templates and a template CD. The 100 pack is available in either Gold or White.
What comes in the 300 pack of labels?
You will receive 300 labels, 5 paper templates, our own Label Applicator Tool and a template CD. The 300 pack is available in either Gold or White.
Do I have to pay for the sampler pack?
The sampler pack is free however we do charge a $5.95 shipping charge for each sampler pack.
What is the Label Applicator Tool?
Our CD Label Applicator Tool is a device that helps you attach your label to your CD perfectly every time. The tool acts as a guide and fits on the jewel case during the label application.
