CustomCD Label Instructions

Software Template Instructions:
(Software Templates are located on the CD-Rom or floppy in the PC directory for Windows users and MAC directory for Mac Users.)

1.	In the drive directory, search for and open the template you wish to use. Note: templates are created for use in several programs. Therefore, choose a template with the appropriate extension for the software you will use to create your insert.
2.	Place text and/or graphics inside the CD outline. Always leave an 1/8" margin around the template to allow for shifting when printing.
3.	Delete the CD outline. (In some programs, the CD outline has been set up as a "guideline" so it will not print. Consult your program's operating instructions to determine if this step is necessary)
4.	Print a test onto one of the paper test pages included.
5.	Check and adjust if slightly off center.
6.	Print to your label paper.

Please Note: Your printer margins may affect the printable area on the CD label. The labels are thicker than ordinary paper and may require you to switch you printer to "envelope" mode. Refer to your printer's instructions for further information.

Make sure the CD is face up before applying CustomCD Label.
Do not peel labels off of CD after applying, as this will damage the CD.
