Payment Terms
Online orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover mail in orders we also accept Money Orders and Checks.

Purchase Orders are accepted from US companies, State & Local Agencies and Municipalities (pending credit approval). First time orders may require a credit card or prepayment. Purchase orders are only accepted by fax, with the order form and signed Purchase Order.

Shipping & Delivery
All ground shipping is sent by USPS, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. 2nd Day and FedEx are sent via FedEx or UPS service.

Back Order Policy
In the event of an item being on back order you will be notified within 24 hours.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted 30 days from the time of purchase if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason. Contact customer service at 310-815-3688 or custsvc@cdlabelcorp.com for instructions.

Once placed orders cannot be cancelled.

Using Your Shopping Cart

Adding Items
1. Find the item you would like to add to your shopping cart.
2. Enter the number of items you would like to purchase in the Qty box.
3. Click on the "Add To Cart" button.
For fastest ordering, use our Order Form.

Removing Items
1. Click on the "Shopping Cart" button at the top or bottom of any page.
2. Find the item you want to remove from the shopping cart.
3. Enter "0" in the Qty box.
4. Click on the "Recalculate" button near the bottom of the page.

Recalculating Your Order
1. Click on the "Shopping Cart" button at the top or bottom of any page.
2. Find the items you would like to change the quantity of.
3. Enter a new number in the Qty boxes.
4. Click on the "Recalculate" button near the bottom of the page.

Checking Out - Paying For Your Order
1. Click on the "Shopping Cart" button at the top or bottom of any page.
2. Review your order to make sure it's correct.
3. Make any necessary changes to your order.
4. Select the proper shipping and taxes for your order.
5. Click on the "Checkout" button near the bottom of the page.
